When you are running, music is a great way to keep your mind focused on the task at hand. The watch has an internal speaker that allows you to play music from your phone through the watch’s headphone jack. You don’t need any special headphones as long as you have a standard 3.5mm audio jack. The following are some of the tips for using the music running watch

-Make sure the volume is turned up

This will ensure that the sound comes out loud enough so that you can hear it. Volume control: Press the button in the center of the watch face to turn the volume up or down.

-Turn off notifications

If you would like to use the watch without having to look at your phone every time you want to check the time, simply turn off the notification feature by pressing the button in the bottom left corner of the screen. This will stop the watch from vibrating whenever you receive a text message or email.

-Use headphones
